Tarik Nasir is the Vice President of Business Development at Jones Wilson & Walls Realty, LLC, located in Bowie, MD. With an active real estate license in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C., Tarik is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate their transactions with expertise and care. Known as the “Real Estate Matchmaker,” he excels at facilitating connections between clients while also managing essential administrative, research, and marketing tasks.

Tarik’s journey into real estate was inspired by his family heritage, as his company name honors his grandmother and mother’s maiden names. Prior to establishing Jones Wilson & Walls Realty in 2014, he founded a tech company focused on solar panels, which led him to acquire his real estate license after encountering challenges with a government project. Today, his business operates on an international scale, with branches in Costa Rica and Panama, where he collaborates with real estate developers and global business banks to create Smart-Home neighborhoods.

In his multifaceted role, Tarik is instrumental in sourcing funding for real estate projects, selecting land, and conducting market research. He works closely with executives to develop strategic plans aimed at fostering international partnerships and negotiates contracts to ensure resource sharing among stakeholders.
